Now that the first shot in The Gender Wars has been fired courtesy of the acclaimed , in FemiNazi circles , Egyptian - American FemiNazi and alleged human rights advocate Mona Eltahaway calling for " justifiable violence " against men and thanks to the lack of any FemiNazis denouncing this call I feel no compunction to tread lightly and gentlemanly with these Gender Terrorists. " Ms. Eltahaway is a human rights advocate in the same way that The Black Lives Matter Movement is. She only cares about women's human rights while the Black Lives Matter Movement only cares about Black people's human rights. A true human rights advocate cares about everybody's human rights and do not advocate violence against anybody with the possible exception of self defense. Justifiable violence " as always with these FemiNazis is left up to the sole discretion of the FemiNazis to define. Starting right now The Delilah Files will be focusing on violent female criminals and to borrow a phrase from my Red Pilled buddy Red Pill Married all manner of female fuckery. Two people face charges Thursday after police learned a woman had allegedly allowed a man accused of sexual assault on a minor to have contact with her children against an order of the court.

Police say Mariah Anne Scott, 31, was aware of the pending case against 34-year-old James Aouksone Swartzer when she allowed him to have contact with her three minor children, two of whom are similar in age to the alleged victim in Swartzer’s case.

According to charging documents, Scott denied allowing Swartzer contact with her children, but police allegedly discovered she had at times left at least one child with him unattended and coached all three to lie about their contact with him and to not answer “any weird phone numbers.”

Upon further investigation, police discovered that Scott and her children had allegedly been living with Swartzer at his address in Great Falls. 

Scott was charged with felony witness tampering and misdemeanor obstruction. Court documents state she has been released on a $25,000 bond.

Swartzer was first accused in June 2016 of four felony charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl who claimed he touched her inappropriately and offered her gifts and favors in exchange for contact with her.

Swartzer, who was out on bond when Scott was charged, was arrested for violating the conditions of his release.

This is not the first time Swartzer’s bond has been revoked for various reasons, but each time has involved alleged contact with witnesses in his case.

Court documents from October 2017 state that Swartzer made contact with a female witness asking her to say she was with him when his GPS monitor died and threatened that if anyone testified against him at his revocation hearing “all hell was going to break loose.”

In November 2017, probation and parole reported that Swartzer, who was living in Billings, had shut down his GPS, deactivated his Facebook and shut off his cell phone.

A warrant was issued for Swartzer’s arrest, and he was apprehended in Las Vegas about eight months later.

Swartzer is currently being held at the Cascade County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond.
